Civil Justice Results for Our Childhood Molestation Clients
The law firm of Corsiglia, McMahon & Allard works to hold the trusted institutions who enable and cover up for child molesters financially responsible for the harm and pain they cause to victims of childhood molestation and their families.
The childhood sexual abuse and molestation scandals involving the Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts of America, USA Swimming, and Penn State have shown that the protection of kids was not a priority for some organizations. Civil litigation brought forth by victims and their families forces these institutions to change their policies and procedures.
Attorney Robert Allard has been honored numerous times for his work on behalf of kids. He received a 2012 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year award for his work in representing victims of childhood molestation. The legal team of Robert Allard, Lauren Cerri, and Mark Boskovich was honored for their work in the Audrie Pott case.
Our results in child molestation cases include:
Evergreen Elementary School District – OB Whaley School – Craig Chandler Molestations $15 million for four children molested by convicted O.B. Whaley teacher Craig Chandler.
Scott McKibbin Confidential settlement. We represented the Canadian family of a young teenager lured to San Francisco by Scott McKibbin, director of global distribution for Maxim Integrated Products. McKibbin was detained at San Francisco International Airport by the FBI and Burlingame Police and sentenced to three years in prison.
Trace CDC Confidential settlement. We represented sexual abuse victims of the Trace Child Development Center (CDC) located on the campus of Trace Elementary School in San Jose, California. The kids were molested by daycare worker Keith Woodhouse, who has since been convicted.
YMCA of Silicon Valley We represent the child molestation victims of Morgan Hill YMCA childcare worker Nicolas Lhermine.
When institutions and organizations fail to protect our children, our law firm maintains a strong conviction that we as a society must step forward, take action, and ensure that clear polices are in place to prevent the sexual abuse and molestation of children.
